What is growing

We specialize in gourmet mushrooms that is not readily available in this area. We currently are growing mostly Oyster verities including Blue, Red, Yellow and a few other strains that are tasty and turns out quite good for you and has been researched on the possible anti-tumor properties. Lion's Mane is another mushroom that is heavily grown for it medicinal value as it is thought to help with nerve regeneration especially in the brain where studies have shown re-growth in and brain support. Other fungi we are growing will be Reshi, turkey tail, maitakie. Currently we will be focusing on the gourmet side and the growing medium for your own growing experience at home.
